Badger's Wholesale Ordering Requirements

Here’s what the Customer Service Badgers need from you in order to set you up as a wholesale customer:

• A completed and signed Badger New Customer Information form
  
  
• A faxed copy of your resale certificate (except NH and OR)

• Credit card number, expiration date, and name of person on card
  
  
• If you are requesting Net 30 terms – we will need a credit sheet with 3 trade references.
