Badger's Web Retailer Policy

If you have a website and would like to sell Badger products, please read our web retailer policy below.

If you qualify and would like to request a wholesale catalog, please contact us using our request form.

The W.S. Badger Company will only sell to legitimate websites. In order to receive a wholesale catalog you must meet the following criteria:

Have a valid/current resale certificate, resellers license or a tax ID in NH & OR. (This license or certificate allows you to purchase items for sale without paying sales tax. When you resell the items, you must charge the buyer sales tax assuming you live in a state with sales tax. You have to report and pay the tax you've collected to the state.)

We require that stores have a web address of their own - you cannot be selling product through any online auction site like Ebay.

The sale or distribution of Badger products internationally or to a third party other than an end-consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Badger. Badger reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of its products to parties whose sales and distribution strategies are incompatible with those of Badger.
